EHS ClimateHub is Samsung’s integrated indoor package for hydraulic control and domestic-hot-water storage. It must be paired with compatible outdoor equipment and is not a complete heat pump by itself.
Mono, Split and TDM versions differ
Samsung publishes separate ClimateHub products for EHS Mono, EHS Split and EHS TDM Plus. The Mono version receives water from a monobloc outdoor unit. The Split version contains the indoor refrigerant-to-water equipment for a refrigerant-split system. TDM Plus is part of the combined air-to-water and air-to-air architecture.
Those versions cannot be selected from the ClimateHub name alone. The indoor code identifies its system family, electrical form, backup heater and control arrangement.
Cylinder and zone options
Established UK ClimateHub pages list 200 and 260 litre cylinder forms. Newer ClimateHub S2 pages have their own code schedules and include standard and two-zone arrangements. A two-zone model includes equipment for two heating-water temperature zones; it does not remove the need for the heating design to define flow rates and emitters for each zone.
The hot-water cylinder requirement is calculated separately from the outdoor heat-pump capacity. Household demand determines storage and recovery needs, while the heat-loss calculation determines space-heating output.
Codes, controls and certification
Samsung’s ClimateHub pages describe touch-control and SmartThings functions. Connectivity, accounts and any optional kit are code-specific, so these functions should be confirmed on the exact bill of materials.
The MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) Product Directory lists ClimateHub only within defined outdoor and indoor combinations. Current Samsung results on 23 July 2026 included several established and newer indoor codes. The complete pair is required when checking certification, rather than assuming every ClimateHub is approved with every Samsung outdoor unit.
